It would be my guess that the 125 bonus spell damage is applied to the sum of the lifebloom ticks instead of the individual ticks themselves (53 * 7 = 371 * coefficient).

I am no elite jerk by any means so this is pure stipulation, but perhaps the coefficient is so low that the 125 bonus is only slightly noticable on the ticks since it's being divided by 7. My other question is, if you are spec'd for Nature's Splendor does a bonus spell power diminish in return since it is spread over more ticks? If someone could please correct or expand on this, that would be grrrreeeaaaat.

With all the other comments I'll say that this probably isn't a bad item to pick up, I have it myself. No point not being in full epics when the only thing keeping you from that is a stupid idol. I do have to say though that I can't wait to get my paws on Idol of Awakening in heroic Naxx, the mana it will save will be worth much more to me that a few hp per tic.

People posting about marginal differences with one LB cast aren't thinking straight. If you are healing a tank, whether it be in heroics or raids, you should have LB stacked 3 times consistently. There are talents and glyphs that extend the duration of LB, but it should always be up x3. Currently with my gear this gives a tick of almost 1100 health every second....pretty damn good in my opinion. And 15 badges is like 4 heroics, that's nothing. This is arguably the best healing idol out there right now. If someone disagrees with that I invite you to post your suggestion as to what is.
