Imo the Shoulderpads of the Secret Arts from the first boss of the DK wing are much better from an Enh sham PoV. They have the much needed hit.
Although id roll on these if they dropped if i had my hit sorted otherwise.

According to Thadd's heroic loot table, drop rate is 18%, and not 8%

I've been trying to get this piece, along with the other two same color pieces for mog purposes. They never drop.

The gold version of them though... got plenty of those! >:(

I got these shoulders dropped from Thaddius on my first try today. It dropped on 25man, heroic raid difficulty.
