Or you could get one Runed Scarlet Ruby and one Purified Twilight Opal to get 27 sp and 8 spirit, which is the best way to go to dps casters. I'm not quite sure about healers though...

Although common practice to undercut sales by upwards of 10g it is important to remember that an undercut of 50s to 1g will accomplish the same thing. In order to keep Runed Scarlet Rubys a good money making item people need to remember to keep the undercutting to a minimum.

Seems to be bugged ever since the level squish in patch 9.0. Currently it does nothing - it gives no stats at all. It should give +2 Intellect similar to the other Scarlet Ruby cuts.
