Just gave a guildie 50 g for getting the mats and making me the entire set for my DK. This results in 11,5 k hp in blood presence and 12.2 in frost presence.Also have a 488 Def rating. and 9k armor (blood) and 14k in frost.

This is such a cheap way for me to get descent tanking gear, since my DK couldn't have done tbc end game raiding to get gear.

The Cobalt "set" (which isn't really a set) is a great starter tanking gear for when you enter Northrend.
Here are the total mats needed. TL;DR? 37 bars needed to make the Cobalt set excluding shield.
