for this quest you need to go to the end of the river ALMOST, or 51,63 coords

it took me awhile to look for him using quest helper then i thought i should go more down the river and i found him along the left side in the corner, he also respawns in that same spot too

Oh yeah he is in the DIRT moving around..its very obvious

on the north side of the river at the every end (south east) of the river.

Took me 3 hours 30 minutes to find him (yes I know where he is, he simply refused to spawn). If you are in a hurry to lvl up, don't do this quest

He's on the sand bank not in the water. Run along the sandbank on the south east side of the river, the sand will be moving. Took about 15 minutes for it to show up cause I was running up and down the river.

58.9, 85.6.
Tried using a macro to find him, but he only spawns when you approach the moving sand patch.
In the end, I just flew along the banks until I saw the moving sand.

Don't do this quest, unless you want to get first bored, then angry, and then risk not being able to do the quest after 30 min trying, like me.

Quests like this one shouldn't exist.

Just managed to do it, but I still wouldn't recommend it.

If you really want to anyway, look carefully only on sand banks for moving dirt. He'll be there.
Probly easier to do it without mistake if you're walking and not flying, as it will show up when you walkby.

As for today, it spawned for me at 51, 86. It took 5 minutes.

He was kinda obvious when I found him.
The sand was obviously moving near the static dead Sapphire Wasps.

Co-ords: /way 58.88, 85.58
