Tanks, if you're tired of this helm and looking for upgrades...

70 - Cobalt Helm made by Blacksmiths has less stamina but has Defense.
71 - Stonepath Helm is quest reward from Chasing Icestorm: Thel'zan's Phylactery for Alliance or The Translated Tome for Horde in Dragonblight.
75 - Greathelm of the Unyielding Bull is a great world drop if you happen to find one, Reinforced Cobalt Helm, again made by Blacksmiths isn't a terrible choice either.

Other than those, there's not a great many helms that are an upgrade before Sholazar Basin, which has a bunch, such as Bronzed Dome Protector and most notably the wonderful Greathelm of the Titan Protectorate, requiring level 76 and 77, respectively.
