Wandering Healers were one of the means in UO to ressurect one's self. In Ultima Online (the mother of all MMO's) is the particular reference here. If you google "Wandering healer" you'll notice a page of UO reference including the first hit to UO Stratics.

Like many things "borrowed" from this game, it's refreshing to see this reference knowing they took some ideas from the game in order to make wow better.

Side note:
UO took a turn for the worse when EA Games took over and cartoonized it, ultimately killing the game

Many games still use the sound effects for creatures such as bears and other creatures (including wow), I've also heard the exact sound effects from UO used in movies and some tv shows. After spending 7 years playing a game your ears perk up when you notice something from your virtual world in "reality" :)

Matches the Frostwoven Power (Recolor) transmog set. However, this set has a robe so it may not matter to have matching pants.
