This is the healthstone created by a warlock who has 1 point in Improved Healthstone.

0 points in Improved Healthstone creates Fel Healthstone
1 point in Improved Healthstone creates Fel Healthstone
2 points in Improved Healthstone creates Fel Healthstone

Healthstones have a chance to crit, determined by the player's crit rating.

Since the release of WotLK, players can only carry one HS.

(Until WotLK, players could carry up to 2 healthstones, as long as they were of different ranks. If you had a warlock with an untalented healthstone, and a warlock with 2 talent points in it, you could have one from each warlock.)
