The Perenolde Tiara is a very old heirloom of the Perenolde family, who were the rulling family of Alterac during the second war. It is thought to be crafted in Ironforge, by the master jewelers.

When Alterac was destroyed, the Tiara was lost. Grel'borg the Miser found the Tiara, and it is in his possession.

Maybe this has changed, but this quest tis really easy now. Go to the location indicated (in front of the church) and the 40 elite will pat by. He is cc-able. There are no other elites nearby. GL

Hmm, I saw the human cinematic and noticed what looked like a "P" on the crown and came here. It wasn't a tiara though and it could have been a "B"...

Especially since the Perenolde family have an entirely different dynasty.

It's possible that the Perenolde Tiara is the Crown of Will, given their similar locations and backstories.

I turned the Perenolde Tiara in to 雷明頓‧瑞治維爾伯爵 for 2 Gold 70 Silver and 550 Rep with Stormwind. Then the quest line seemed to end. Hm.

Should you do this quest? Eh.... no comment. If you don't have a ton of time you might want to bypass and save it for Lore completionism.

Anyway, Fastest way to the item drop location in Hillsbrad Foothills is to go to center portals in new Dalaran's Chamber of the Guardian, (stand on the circle to get beamed down), run down steps to the end, take the portal to Dalaran Crater.

Make sure you have something to survive the fall once you go through the portal, like a 哥布林滑翔工具組.

Then head east to the Ruins of Alterac.

The tiara drops specifically from 『守財奴』格雷爾伯格 .

You can find 『守財奴』格雷爾伯格 at the top of the steps to the basement in the keep. Assuming Grel'borg is a masculine name, He drops the tiara. Don't waste time killing everything in the keep.
