While not ideal for my DK that just dinged 68 because it lacks Strength and Stamina, it does have very high DPS and good AGI for crit and some AP. I got about 100dps upgrade over the green outland Adamantite Cleaver. ALso this is a quest reward very early so a good first Northrend piece for those who never raided at 70 and don't have anything better.

The tooltip DPS at 110 is 30 more then most similar level available outland quest rewards and crafted items.

I found this useful on my DK as a tanking weapon, as the Agility adds about 3.3% chance to dodge at level 70. Slap on a Rune of Swordshattering and your weapon alone is preventing 7.3% of melee hits from even landing on you.

By far the best thing about this axe is how it looks like a guitar while on your back.
