These are a probable side-grade from pearl-inlaid boots from Najentus. Losing the mp/5 may not be appealing to most paladins, but you can make up a small amount with a purple +heal/mp5 gem with the added slot, and the Vitality enchant.

The spell haste is an added bonus. I may pick these up, since I don't lose any spell crit from Pearl's.

EDIT: Since they changed these boots there is pretty much no discussion anymore about them being worse or better.

The look of these boots doesn't match the overall design of 光明使者防禦套裝/光明使者戰裝/光明使者神聖套裝. If you want one that one that matches 高階督軍納珍塔斯 in 黑暗神廟 drops 珍珠鑲飾長靴 and 潮汐踐踏者護脛.
