With the upcoming Transmogrifier patch, a lot of people (like me) may be seeking to make this a permanent set if they're Sin'dorei-centric. Portions of the gear are worn by Lor'themar Theron, Magistrix Nizara, and Sunreaver Guardian Mages (combined with reskinned pieces of Tirisfal Regalia).

Pantaloons of Growing Strife: Purchased from Yrma for one Sunmote and Pantaloons of Calming Strife (dropped by Sathrovarr the Corruptor)
Shoulderpads of Knowledge: Purchased from Yrma for one Sunmote and Shawl of Wonderment (dropped by Eredar Twins)
Robes of Ghostly Hatred: Purchased from Yrma for one Sunmote and Robes of Faltered Light (dropped by Entropius)
Gloves of Tyri's Power: Purchased from Yrma for one Sunmote and Handguards of the Dawn (dropped by Kil'jaeden)
Helm of Arcane Purity: Purchased from Yrma for one Sunmote and Cowl of Light's Purity (dropped by Kil'jaeden)

As you can see, the matching bracers, belt, and boots are all Mage-only, so any other casters will have to fish elsewhere. As a Horde Warlock I paired my set with the Horde-only Belt of Biting Cold (one of my favourite belt models) and Boots of the Shifting Nightmare (matches the belt plus they are the boot matches for the Corruptor Raiment). I did not bother with bracers since they would be hidden.

What is handy since the Belt drops in 25M Normal Trial of the Crusader from the Faction Champions, I can get it while going after Drape of the Refreshing Winds (linked in the comparison) which drops from Icehowl. Unfortunately for any Alliance seeking to go after the matching cloak, it is also Horde-only.

It is important to note for those of you looking to transmog the set, unlike all of the other set gloves needed for the various sets the item that triggers the appearance collection doesn't drop directly off of the trash or a boss.

You still need to take "handguards of the dawn" dropped from Kil'jaeden and actually turn them in to Yrma (on boat north of the portal in location to the Isle) with a sunmote to get the item that triggers the set item to show as collected in the transmog appearance. This is because the two items have different skins.
