this + 3 X 8 hit rating gems.... super nice... and would pwn slayer legs in a heart beat, and you dont have to lose the set bonus at all, as they intoduce boots, bracers and belt in 2.4 also... and it seems that they also make the set bonus "procc" so, you can basicly have 3 offset pieces + 4 slayer set and still get full benefit:)

I would suggst something like this:

vision of Sargas+this+4 X slayer+what ever piece you find thats better than slayer or a 5th slayer:)

Maxing out hit rating is not something most BT/MH Rogues are aiming for (especially Hemo / Mutilate specs), since they will be missing out other important stats.

Almost. Haste is a tad more efficient than hit rating, but they are very very close. It depends upon your crit chance, but for any rogue in t6 content, haste will be slightly better per rating point than hit.

Just incase, since I've noticed that several have ignored this fact; but these leggings are incredible for DPS gear on a feral. 75 Agility (Fully Gemmed) would do him great justice.

Being hit capped is important. It's just not so difficult as people make it out to be. Imp fairy fire + draenei aura + hit food = 83 hit rating. 363 - 83 = 280.

ferals would most likely take immortal beast for tanking, sure. but for cat dps the immortal night are far superior. if / when i get my hands on these i'm leaving them as is, stacking delicate spinels, and having some fun!

sidenote: these pants are also just about the hottest thing ever for a survival hunter.

Seems they are great for hunters with 3x8 agi sockets. You get the agi socket bonus too! Lots of agility, 61 if im not wrong. Great legs

Basically, compared to Starstalker a Hunter is looking at a loss of 16 Agility to gain 4AP, 12 hit rating and 224 ARMOUR PENETRATION. Yes, armour pen is the best stacking stat in the game for any physical DPS class and that stat alone puts these legs way ahead of Starstalker. Sorry rogues, but you're having a lot of competition for these legs. Same story for the Bladed Chaos Tunic. Go whine to blizz to make Hunter items better :P

I'm at 1886 AP 343 hit and 29% crit unbuffed as a dagger rogue, and these pants would be HUGE because of the capabilities you can gem them in which should either be all three 10 agi or if you need hit all 5 hit 5 agi but none the less these pants RAWK!!!

Yes, druid will want them, but not only for turning them in for the feral legs....

These are better than the Leggings of the Immortal Beast for cat form.

I know I'll be looking to get 2 pairs of these, one to trade in for bear pants, one to wear.... obviously I will only get my cat pair after the rest of the melee dpsers.

guiz you're all sayin how much better theese are than the "previous best" (t6)
but I keep not getting the point...I mean:if u get theese and not t6 u get 2 extra sockets,some atk power and AI(armor ignorance) IN EXCHANGE FOR 45 crit rating (2%),5 agility and 6 stam.
Maybe I'm just a newbie but I'd take the 2% crit ,agi and stam and not the other that theese leggings give any day of the week

Since no one has compared it to 殺戮者腿甲 since 4.0 and the removal of ArP, I will.

+15 agility (+79 if you gem pure agility)
+32 hit rating
-13 crit rating (which will be made up for in the agility gain)

Overall, quite an awesome upgrade.
