Apparently the next upgrade to the level 70 PvP epic items, to be released with patch 2.3. Since these boots are an upgrade from Veteran's Leather Boots, it will probably sell for ~18,000 honor points and 40 EotS marks.

Stat differences from Veteran's Leather Boots:
+21 armor
+3 agility
+4 stamina
+3 critical strike rating
+6 attack power

With the release of Arena Season 4 the price of these boots has been reduced to 13,923 Honor Points and 40 EotS Marks of Honor.

I know it's like less than 3 hours until these babies will be available on the european servers, but i don't suppose anyone have a screenshot of them? I'm just hoping they look good, compared to veterans. ><

These are tailor built for Rogues, but also make good Feral boots. They have less overall AP and armor, but more agility, stamina, critchance overall.

The thing is, as kitty boots, they are better than the Vindicator's Dragonhide, as they waste tanking and DPS stats on INT. The strength is also somewhat lacking, as the average feral has way too much AP for their chance to crit, and this helps shift the balance in the direction of higher DPS. The increase in armor from Dragonhide only adds up to about ~200 in Bear Form (busy to check the exact number), and is somewhat ignorable. These actually are pretty nice.

Too bad they are ugly like hell just like the Veteran's Leather Boots. They should at least cover up until the knee for crying out loud!

If you have veteran boots (like me) no real point in getting an upgrade until you have all the other honor buyable items you want.. I also made a chart which has differences between Veteran and Vindicator leather stuff , doesnt show armor though..

It seems as of patch 7.2.5 the boot model for this set has changed to coincide with the level 110 Fanged Slayer's Armour set and the original model as seen in the screenshots is no longer obtainable. Sad to see as the original boots looked much better in my opinion!
