Iffy item. Appears to be designed for tankadins, since ret pallies will not be using Seal of Righteousness and holy pallies will be healing, not seal/juding.

Tankadins will probably prefer to stick with http://www.wowhead.com/?item=29388, which is actually less expensive in badges.

Any way you look at it, it's going to be a while before any pally decides he needs to spend badges on this Libram.

Add flat modifier sounds like it adds a flat amount too it, but that's maybe the lowest amount possible, while the 63 is with the slowest possible speed weapon.

As a side note, it *is* possible to obtain 102.8% avoidance without the Libram of Repentance.

Now that the new Heroic Badge items are out, it gives you the avoidance you couldn't get before.

You can change librams during the fight (just as weapons), so you can use both on the same fight, e.g. creating a macro to equip this libram, judge, reequip the blocking one, then cast Seal of Righteousness again..

I'll be picking this thing up simply because there's nothing better out there for a prot paladin who is uncrushable without the libram of repentance.

Even if this ends up being only a minor threat boost, it's better than using a completely useless libram that does nothing for you if you're uncrushable without it.

I would have much rather seen an epic version of Libram of the Eternal Rest (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=27917) for AOE tanking fights, but this is still a nice Libram if you need some extra single target threat.

I doubt that anyone will be pursuing this libram anymore, but just out of curiosity, does this libram even do anything anymore? Judgement of Light has been changed to heal for a percentage of the attacker's health instead of being based on the paladin's spell power.
