Very similar to Belt of the Long Road, with with -33spirit, +6mp5, +16int, and +4stamina, but an inferior socket bonus (1mp5 versus +7heal, with b/y sockets).

Compared to Primal Mooncloth, these have +17stam, +22int, -11spi, -2mp5, and -7healing, and the possibility of breaking the set bonus. Like Long Road, they have b/y sockets, but +3int for socket bonus.

If you're able to use the 5SR to your advantage and get lots of spirit regen, Long Road are probably best. If you still have the PMC set bonus, they're probably best. If you're either chaincasting, or need the extra stamina/intellect, these are probably the way to go.

EDIT due to something fantomex pointed out a few posts down. With any less than 95% of time inside the 5SR, Belt of the Long Road offers better regen than these with the socket bonus. If you're a min-maxer, Long Road is definitely the better option, while these are a much cheaper and more readily available alternative.

The regen on this belt doesn't come close to Belt of the Long Road after the patch (this is true even if you don't put a regen gem in the yellow slot!). Be sure to factor in talents, BoK and possible racial bonus when calculating your mp5 to spirit equivalence point. (Although, even forgetting those things, there is no way this comes close).

I chose this belt as an upgrade over the primal mooncloth belt. I'd already broken the set bonus with the robes of heavenly purpose. Although there is a slight +healing and mp5 downgrade on this (for a priest), I think that the stamina makes it all worth it. It's also an intellect upgrade, which is nice, but not as important for priests.

The main reason for me breaking the set bonus on the primal mooncloth in the first place was just because not a single piece of it has any stam on it, and I really need more health :).
