While Two-toed Sandals will end up giving priests/druids less mana regen the overall gain is worth it, maybe a bit of an odd item because it has no spirit after the meditation/intensity buffs in the same patch this item was introduced in.

Compared with Treads of the Life Path for restoration shamans.

If you socket the sandals with a +18heal gem and +9heal/2mp5 gem, you would have 100+heal and 11mp5. With Nature's Blessing, Two-Toed Sandals amount to be 109+heal, 11mp5.

Treads with a +9heal/4int gem and +9heal/2mp5 gem is 100+heal, 8mp5, with Nature's Blessing: 110+heal, 8mp5.

If you're willing to sacrifice the armour value, I believe these boots are best-in-slot for restoration shamans. (Stillwater Boots would amount to 94+heal, 10mp5 after Nature's Blessing.)
