People may say that this is a PvP item that is not meant for PvE, but I just thought it interesting that it very nearly beats or at least equals the Light Bearer's Faith Shield (the badge reward).

+6 stam.
-3 int.
+7 healing

and also 27 resilience for PvP.

Indeed, I just picked up this for my holy paladin for pve purposes. It just seems clearly superior to the badge reward.
