I thought that blue "crap" honor rings will be replaced by S2 rings. Today I noticed how wrong I was... :(

As of patch 2.4.3, the Veteran rings are back for 9500 honor points and 10 Alterac Valley tokens. No need to worry about replacing that other ring slot.
