Killed Anzu probably 10 times now hoping to get a mount drop, and I've never seen anything other than this terrible item. Not even the gun, which is passable for a tank. The "hunter weapon" comment is laughable, as this terrible item comes from a heroic and is comparable to a Stellaris which can be obtained in normal Mech (and is not unique).

No longer Unique, now Unique-Equipped as of 4.3.

You no longer need to use Jeves CD to get rid of the old one while farming the mount.
