These, along with Slatesteel Boots of the Knight, are the only true level 70 blue paladin tanking boots in the game. Considering that the Slatesteel Boots of the Champion drop on average once per 350 uses of an Etherium Prison Key, and these require a specially summoned boss in a heroic dungeon almost nobody wants, it may be best to look for other options.

Flesh Beast's Metal Greaves are a good starting point, as they are awarded by a quest in non-heroic Mana Tombs. They offer a large amount of avoidance, but have no spell damage and lower armor than other options.

Khorium Boots have no avoidance, but they do offer some stamina, good spell damage, and MP/5. They might work for tankadins that already have enough avoidance from other sources.

Boots of Elusion have a small chance to drop off of any trash creature in Karazhan. They do not have any spell damage or other threat generation abilities, but at least they offer a huge amount of avoidance.

Boots of the Righteous Path, from Kargath Bladefist in heroic Shattered Halls have a 25% chance to drop, offer perfect paladin tanking stats, and are found in an instance that is, in fact, easiest to tank with a paladin.

After that, the next dropped plate boots with spell damage are Tide-stomper's Greaves, from the first boss in Black Temple.
