You have to talk to Aether-tech Apprentice at 27,52 at the Skyguard Outpost. He will tell you when the next "attack on Bash'ir Landing" (54,11) is going to start. You should fly to that Camp a short time before and wait till the Skyguards arrive. Once they landed they will rush to the Cauldron and some Flesh Beasts will spawn and attack them. When you sucessfully protected them, they will sell you the Flask of Bandits for 10 Apexis Shards.

Went up there with 12 people and plowed through the first part when the the flask vendor spawned.

The consortium people showed up and began their attack, so we killed them for a while and then the 3 towers spawned. Ranged DPS hit them (they have about 20,000HPs) and after they were down a second discovery was made. A vendor showed up that sold some sub-par gems for more shards.

A 3rd wave came in and we were quickly overrun, but a named guy spawned who we didn't have much time to attack and we all wiped. I can't recall his name.

Came back the next day with 26 people, but they aparantly heard we were coming and the NPCs never showed up : /

Sigh... What a horrible design. As already posted, you talk to the NPC to find out the assault time; You then camp for a while until they arrive. Hope you have a ton of backup. I soloed about 30 mobs with the help of the Skyguard NPC's until a larger 70-something elite Flesh Beast came and destroyed me... the NPC's then were overwhelmed and the event ended.... no flask for me. Yet, I can walk up to any of the other flask points and get any of the other for different classes. Wonderful design. I hope this is fixed.

If you can defend the position more time a npc will spawn who sells gems for 40 shards.

After that a named will popup, I dont know what happen if he dies beacause he owned us.

Is it possible to use this and an elixir of major agility at the same time? Seeing as the flask doesn't say what type it is i'm assuming so.

I tried to solo this as a rogue but was not able. You get a bunch of Slavering Slaves to take out which is easily done, but at some point you get an large elite one that needs to be tanked. He didn't hard, but he had a lot of health. This elite killed the skyguards, and then left. However the Aether-tech Apprentice came anyhow and I was able to buy the flasks.

Some numbers.
We had a Gruul raid and had to wait like half an hour for 2 more members.
Decided to go farm that event as it was just going to happen.
Well geared 23-man raid stood on guard all 3 phases and defeated all mobs.
We bought all flasks we needed, some guyz bought their rare "unstable" gems.
And by the way - these flasks are a nice mode to make some money - you can sell'em on AH.

I went to the Bash'nir landing today to create one of those of the sorcerer bottles for the quest and saw this vendor there...
I didn't see any form of raiding party or anything, but the vendor was there....
13 stacks of these bottles are now in my bank.

Was able to solo this as a rogue in tier 4/5. The guy spawns right after you kill the elite that spawns, on the elite after you blow all your cooldowns eat up and rejoin the fight. Bought 63 of them!
