It is actually just about perfect. The Wyrmhide doesn't have the spell crit (assuming the buffed armor is the justification) ... then you have pieces like Bracers of the White Stag that have so very little point for being in the game. With the 22 spirit, I would honestly say it would be better on a ToL build.

These however are exactly what I look for slots for a shifting nightseye and veiled noble topaz, substantial crit, decent bonus damage and not bad mp/5 on top of that.

Three things I would love though:

Swap the stats, more int for crit and dreamstate

add an equip a that is +healing only in addition to the spell damge/healing equip in the same vein as the windhawk set.
this would make up for

mana/5 of course most certainly has its place and it is often underrated but it would also be nice for this piece to be sporting spell hit in lieu of that.

These boots are also great for raiding elemental shamans, actually much better than the Boots of Oceanic Fury (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=32242).

I could buy the fact that the extra int and spelldamage justified the mp5 (In that case I'd much rather have the mail ones). But why oh why does it get two sockets? Just because it's leather it seems - this is not fair. These sockets can provide alot of spelldamage, easily making up for the lost int, and are therefor better.

According to modelviewer, that screenshot is false. It's not even logical that t4 look a like boots would drop from bt. They actually look like t6, like Treads of the Den Mother.

For elemental shaman Naturewarden's Treads are good update from Treads of Booming Thunder. Only T6 boots are better than this, so get it. And nice bonus - no competitions with cloth-wearers.

I'm not sure what the damage and healing were on these prior to 3.0, but as a Holy Paladin who was using http://www.wowhead.com/?item=30027#comments when we downed Reliquary of Souls, I snapped these up eagerly. Definitely not a bad choice for a healing Pally.
