Don't know if it's wrong on the site or something, but atm it's the same both before and after the patch.

Edit: Found a small change now. There is one more damage (114 instead of 113 top damage.) ! Gives the same DPS, and is a rather useless change as this weapon is not used for dealing damage.

While it might not be quite as good as some of the instance drops, it's a great weapon for an offspec. My feral druid tank grabbed this cheap off the AH because I wouldn't want to roll against real healers for the drops in the instances.

This is deffenetly best healing mace before Karazhan. Though, holydins can replace it with Sword of Horrids Dreams.

Yeah, i'd have to say that, since i just bought it off the AH for 25g, i plan on throwing the major healing enchant on it while also using a decent rare OH until i, ofcourse, grab a much better healer weapon. I just can't pass up on the mp5 and the amount healed from this. And plus if you have an OH providing some STA and/or INT then it'll be worth your while until a better weapon befalls upon you.

227 healing and 76 dmg spell and effects... kinda good now :)

This is great for starting 70 raiders.It will get you into kara if your other gear is good enough where you can pick up one of the two maces there.

This one and the Hand of Eternity, were very common healer maces for Paladin and Shaman healers coming to the raid scene due to the mp5 and the healing bonus, the first sold for around 100g on the AH, and the latter would usually cost a lot higher, due to requiring the purchase of plans and the mats cost not being cheap. Both are very nice options to get for a healer going to Northrend.

This is one of the weapons that when used for transmog, overrides the glow of your enchant, thus still glowing with a faint blue/purple.

This dropped off a Sunblade Scout after 4 runs of the Sunwell. It is a world drop and you should have better luck farming chests for this item, but all the same, good luck!
