For those who don't know the Reference.

This is a play on Star Wars, Technological Terror Construct being the Death Star ( Vader refers to the death star as a "Technological Terror you've constructed" to Tarkin ), and "The next best thing to going to the Academy." Referring to Luke staying on another season for Uncle Owen, when His original plans were to go to, well, the Academy. As for Power Converters, Luke did have to pick some up from the Toshi Station. ( Toshley's Station in WOW, Anyone? )

Other then that, Its nothing more then a Toy Firework launcher. Enjoy those Death Star Explosions. ^.^

I read all post over again just to make sure, this is an Infinate re-use item, 5 min cooldown but at least half an hour of pure fun. Then throw it in the bank for a month and take it out again for another 2 shots. Then back in the bank... etc.

So you can macro it to a spell you use commonly and once every 5 minutes you'll also get a firework

I kept the Power Converter in my inventory all the way from January 2007 to November 2014, and then it became a toy. Glad I held onto it all these years.

You need an alliance toon to get this toy. You need to do 4 quests for 托斯利. He is at Toshley's Station in Blade's Edge, coords are 60 69, or look at the Outland map and go to the T in Blade's Edge Mountains.

There are no prerequisite quests, and you only need to the chain of 4 quests that he offers.

On an Alliance toon, pick up the quest 收集能量轉換器 from 托斯利 at 60, 68 in Blade's Edge Mountains. Do his chain of quests to 捕捉神奇的光球 which rewards the toy. To get 奈薩斯王子洛薩恩 to spawn you need to kill Razaani humanoids around the portal at 66,44. The yellow orbs will make their way to the portal. When the prince spawns, kill him and loot the box to get the item. Hand in the quest to get 能量轉換器
