These sell very well during Winterveil fest as they are needed in a number of patterns needed for the winterveil achievements. One of which happens to be a leather working pattern and of course leather workers can not make bolts of wool :)

This is sooo backwards for farming wool. Me and a friend went to all the places listed and nothing... went to SFK and got x75 on one run.... so go to SFK a high lvl can solo it.

These are often worth ALOT more than the cloth. Why? Because, people are lazy. So take advantage of that, its supply and demand. People pay more to save time. So if you are a tailor and have any kind of cloth. I suggest making it into bolts. Even if you have a couple hundred.
Just take a break and get a drink while they are crafting. Just my friendly hint of advice.
