Some stat-chances on PTR;

24 stamina (+2)
12 int (+1)
64 healing (+2)

i myself got these shortly after hitting 70, and got +30 healing-enchant, as i already had most of mats needed for it, needles to say that these were upgrade over my Goldenvine Wraps.

Above poster is somewhat correct, there are better bracers, but by how big marginal? i myself passed Bracers Of Indwelling for paladin simply because he had green item, and getting another epic for same slot simply because"it has more <Insert Stat Here>"when someone could use it more, is not what i prefer to do in raids.

These are the highest +healing wrists in 5 man. These would be great for heroics since you need the +heals. Still a while to exalted Keepers of the Time... T_T

Very good for stam heavy fights where you need to sac a little regen.
Picking up Bracers of Indwelling/Bands of Benevolent and healing enchanting those for main use pve is good.
I personally will pick these up and stam enchant them for fights where i need to boost my hp.

There's 16 +heal or 18 spirit between these and the Bracers of Indwelling. With 30% meditation, 18 spi ~= 1mp5 in the 5sec rule, and that's being generous. I'm going for these as my main bracers, if I really struggle for mana I'll make it up elsewhere, http://www.wowhead.com/?item=27828 for example.

Veteran's Mooncloth Cuffs http://www.wowhead.com/?item=32980 with a +18 heal gem are in everyway an upgrade over these and are very easy to get
