For those where this might seem unclear; Agent Ya-six ( http://www.wowhead.com/?npc=20552 ) is located underneath Manaforge Ultris, inside the Mine you will see on the map. Right behind him will you find the Teleporter Power Pack.

When you enter the mine you should just seek for the first left path, and if you follow this path you should be directly at him. Another help is that he is shown as a Questgiver on the minimap, so you will easily be able to see him.

Once you enter Access Shaft Zeon, take the first left, which is just a bit inside the entrance and you can walk past it easily, so keep an eye out to your left. Follow the light-green stalagmite/crystals on the cave floor and you'll get to Agent Ya-Six in the Access Shaft. The Teleporter Power Pack is behind Ya-Six.
