I like the look of these gloves combined with the 神聖儀祭套裝 for clothies.

Add a 恐怖夢境之劍 and a nice purple offhand or a 無限奧義法杖 and you have a great looking gear set.

Only problem will be finding a truly purple tome/off-hand.

Netherfury Cape for cloak, or if you're revered with Sha'tari Skyguard and prefer to purchase something Skywitch's Drape.

Also, Nether Core's Control Rod and Stormbound Tome make nice accessories for this set.

Absolutely no way this is a 20% drop chance. I have around 35 kills so far with no drop.
