Same +healing, but with Spirit instead of mana per five. Given that mp5 is currently buggy (multiple items with the same mp5 value don't stack, IE: 7 + 7 = 7), and Meditation/Reflection/Innervate are all Spirit based, its a solid alternative.

Just Scored myself one of these on a BM run, it only took 30ish minutes.

Today was a good Night b/c I scored 3 different healing items.
I popped a +81 healing on it and I'm satisfied.
My conflict was, Should i get Seer's Cane or Epoch-Mender, My FSR was about ( which means that anywhere from 3-5 spirit points was equal to 1 mp/5 point, I found this using RegenFU for Fubar) so it turned out that the mp5 on the Epoch-Mender Rocked my Serpentcrest, and the graphic rocked the Seer's cane :)

This is an ideal staff for a priest/druid looking for extra survivability.

For Healing Shammy (Or paladin, but they can't have staff anyway) I would recommend getting the
Crystal Pulse Shield (AH - BoE) http://www.wowhead.com/?item=31292
Lightsworn Hammer (Shattered Halls) http://www.wowhead.com/?item=27538

A decent pre-raid combo.

You cant see enchants on this item, making it a good choice for transmog.

Looking through the Dungeon Journal (shift+J) for some transmog staves, I noticed that no matter which class you choose, this staff does not show up in the loot table.
The only way it shows up is by selecting: 'All Classes'.

Just goes to show you, Wowhead is more reliable than the game itself.
