if you ever manage to get on L70ETC's little platform in silvermoon, the Belf wears this cape, kinda pointing towards that its the T6 pally cape, and yes it does match warrior alli blue 60/70 purple pvp gear

Are there any other cloaks which look like this? Without bothering to check this out in the dressing room, I must have either sold this fine cloak or chose a different reward :(

The filigree does match the Alliance Warrior and Paladin PvP sets, but the color is closer to the
Lieutenant Commander's Battlearmor
I wonder if there's a cloak with a similar design but with colors that match
Field Marshal's Battlegear
or
Field Marshal's Aegis
. Would appreciate any help on this.
Would also appreciate knowing if I could get a belt like
Bolvar's
or
Jacob Alerius's
