They -really- nerfed the quest. Instead of needing 10 fangs and having 3 waves of gorillas, you only need ONE fang, and then you fight ONE mob at a time, three times. First an Enraged Silverback Gorilla, then Konda, then Mokk the Savage.

just did this quest, xioon got it right, one fang and you fight three gorillas, one at a time,easy quest, the old wizard actually helps you fight them.

Just as an added note, these things don't stop dropping. I just got one about 14 levels after the event. Go figure.

True, the fangs drop as a random drop even before you get the quest or if you ever take it. Usually one of the 5 or 6 you pass on way to the Witch Doctor will drop one. Confirmed about the mobs. one engraged silverback, Konda and Mokk, however the Witch Doctor does not help you fight.

actually the old shamy does help (just did the quest moments ago) you just need to be in the cave near him, side noe looks like you can do it over and over if you want aslong as you have a tooth with you

These also drop off the Gorillas at the cave in Un'Goro Crater. Coords 65, 16. Got one nearly every other Gorilla.

Word is, the quest these were used for has been removed from the game completely now. My only question is, why they haven't been labelled as junk yet . . .

These do drop in Un'Goro Crater. They are not BoP, so a higher level toon can farm these and then mail them to lower level toons to complete the STV quests.
