This is one of the better, and one of the easier to attain cloaks for a rogue that wants +hit on this particular slot.

The boss that drops this is the 2nd boss in Shadow Labyrinth. In order to have the most success you want the least amount of mana-based sustained DPS as possible, your healer must also be prepared to have a large mana pool and if necessary, pot up.

This is because this boss does a full-party mind-control, called Incite Chaos.

When he does Incite Chaos, he yells out "Time for fun!", there is absolutely no way to get out of this, Will of the Forsaken, PvP trinkets, nothing will work. Every single party member will be mind-controlled, but at this moment of time, the boss will just stand down there and laugh, so you do not have to worry about him 3-shotting your healers.

In this fight, it's a good idea to keep every member of your party above 50-60%, there is also a small amount of luck involved (four members in my party once focus fired our healer from 100% to 0), but that is out of your control and you shouldn't have to worry about that. Having a lot of stamina to survive your party's occasional focus-fire would also help (above 6 or 7k)

A druid is a good idea to have along for Innervate, this is because players will find themselves casting a lot of spells during MC, healers will cast smite, or holy fire, and if you have holy nova, that's also a spell that gets spammed a lot.

In summary, the boss is not hard, but he isn't exactly a smooth ride either. The faster you can drop him in between MC the better.

An excellent cloak for a fury warrior.

Every fury warrior that wants to raid Karazhan with pre-Karazhan gear should look after this cloak. Really worth to get this one :) However, if you're lucky you will get it replaced by a drop from Moroes (The Second boss in Karazhan); http://www.wowhead.com/?item=28529
