Dropped for my Holy Priest and replaced my Staff of Divine Infusion. (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=31289) I'm over the moon that the item has both high spirit AND high +healing. It's nice to have some stam back, as well.
I've yet to suffer from weak heals or a small mana pool, so I'll personally be slapping a +20 spirit on it for longevity (though Disc priests might consider the +30 int enchant for extra crit).

A fantastic staff for priests and druids with their SPI dependant specs.

This is a great Mage staff for the use of the "Evocation" spell.
If no healers need it, give it to a mage for the + to spirit. If you equip it before you Evocate, You'll gain more mana Per tick due to having More Spirit Mana regen!

I am a mage and I am currently using this staff as an Evocation booster. If no one in your party can use it, you should roll on it and offer some sort of compensation to the group to offset the fact that it is not really a Need roll.

I highly suggest picking this up since it has the 2nd highest +spirit and is relatively easy to attain.

whadaya mean not a need roll? I am a mage, and I need this staff. I've been using a green lvl 70 "of spirit" staff and "of spirit" wand for evokes, but I lose stam/int by equipping them. With this staff, I won't lose the stats, and get my spirit for evoke. If I get one, gonna drop a big +spirit enchant and call it a day.

As a note, should one prefer the stat loadout of this stick over other options (or if you just prefer staffs over 1h+off hand because it looks cooler like I do,) your next upgrade would be Nightstaff of the Everliving ( http://www.wowhead.com/?item=28604 ) off of Nightbane in Karazhan, followed by Ethereum Life-Staff ( http://www.wowhead.com/?item=29981 ) off of Astromancer Solarian in Tempest Keep.

Spirit is really handy for Druids. But I'm still not sure if I should get +20 Spirit or +81 Healing on this one.

Looking through the Dungeon Journal (shift+J) for some transmog staves, I noticed that no matter which class you choose, this staff does not show up in the loot table.
The only way it shows up is by selecting: 'All Classes'.

Just goes to show you, Wowhead is more reliable than the game itself.
