Doing this in conjunction with the mastery quests from Nesingway (裂蹄專精 is the first one) is a great way to get meat. I was able to get plenty of meat to level between this recipe and the talbuk recipe (食譜：塔巴克肉排).

Just fyi, Jano, out in Zuldazar does not sell the item, nor anything recipe wise for outlands. I'm not sure if they changed things or not.
