To get this mount enter the Zul'Aman Ritual Site, the Broken Throne, on tier 2 or higher. Head over to coordinates 51, 48 to find the ritual circle.

The ritual circle isn't finished, there are 4 skulls on the 4 lines on the edge of the circle and one of these skulls is missing a candle. Pick up the candle underneath the tree to the right of the circle and then place the candle on top of the skull.

Now click on the candles in the middle of the circle and kill the Void-Corrupted Hex Eagle that spawns. Loot the eagle to get the mount.

If when you use the candle in the middle of the ritual circle it summons 3 Void-Corrupted Hex Eaglets, you did not place the missing candle first. Grab that from the nearby tree at /way #2585 51.5 47.8 Misplaced Ritual Candle
After that return to the circle and place the missing candle in the northeast corner of the ritual circle at /way #2585 50.75 47.16 missing candle
Then you can click the middle candle to summon the Void-Corrupted Hex Eagle who will drop the mount.

After you get the mount, if you stay on it, you can see some lightly burning void feathers on the ground, spaced quite far apart. If you manage to follow these all the way to the end you can get a pet aswell.

If you want to skip following them and go right to the correct position, go to:
/way 49 78
There you'll see a tornado on the corner of the platform, next to the pillar (whilst you're mounted). Walk into it and it will take you to the pet.

I think this mount is currently bugged, by that I mean the skyriding effects, both screen/speed effects don't show up. I tried checking multiple mounts and only this one specifically doesn't work as intended. Hope blizz fix it soon (or never per usual lol).

I have compiled all the things you need to do to get the pets and mounts from the Broken Throne ritual site in Zul'Aman, so you don't need to jump around pages. You need to have 6 practically pork on you. It doesn't seem like you can get it anywhere in the ritual, but there's bears and things just outside the ritual that drop the pork if you don't have any. You need to do the ritual site on Tier 2 or higher.

For the Void-Corrupted Hex Eagle, first collect the Misplaced Ritual Candle from /way #2585 51.5 47.8. Then place it at the Ritual Circle /way #2585 50.6 47.3

Next, find the Lost Bear Cub at /way #2585 55.8 49.6. He's on the platform, so jump down from the top. He's stealthed beside the tree. Interact with him and feed him a Practically Pork to get Chubs.

To get the Witherbark Warbear Mother, you need to summon Chubs and walk around the meat piles at /way #2585 55.8 38.8. You want the Angry Amani Warbear to spawn. It might take a bit of walking around for that to happen. Kill the Angry Amani Warbear, then interact with it and feed it 5 Practically Pork to get the harness that gets you the Witherbark Warbear Mother.

Next, head to /way 49.60 77.9. Mount up on your Void-Corrupted Hex Eagle you got earlier. When mounted, you will see a tornado at the location. Walking into the tornado on your Void-Corrupted Hex Eagle will fly you up to a nest. Interact with the nest to get your Void-Scarred Eaglet
