I can confirm that this works off leech and all you should really care about is having at least 1 source of leech. The magnitude does not seem to matter, so one item is sufficient and you want as many instances of damage as you can get. This also appears to proc off dots, it worked with barbed shot, so classes like affliction warlock might also get even more procs out of this trinket.

I should also add, as a ranged hunter this procs all the time. On a dummy with my normal rotation, I get it about 4 times per minute. I am also in the process of testing it with Kir Torin racial heal that heals you over 5s for 2% of damage taken. This has the potential to make this trinket proc maybe twice as often in raids where you take constant damage. Sadly, I play Horde and didn't have Kir Torin unlocked, so i have to wait 3 days for the faction and race change cooldown to finish the test.

Edit: Wow head shows that this should also proc off procs, meaning that the new Omnium Folio talent that has a very high chance of proccing damage or healing can also proc this, so if you are running the orbs for whatever reason and have this item, consider fire runes.

Edit 2: This does proc from Kir Torin racial that heals you as a dot based on damage taken.

I CAN CONFIRM procs on LIFESTEAL, even if your HP is full. Hunter here just doing auto attacks and procs on 2nd shot. At last, something to bring us to higher keys.

Also has a high uptime, almost 1 proc per 20-25sec. Sweet

According to Details! for me as BDK in +17 Spires it did 0.9% total damage (1.18M) and 3.1% total healing (5.1M), 298ilvl.
Also, in fight I burst my Leech up to 22% (i have a myth trinket 孢子之王的菌絲徽記 + BDK's passives 饑渴, 鮮血氣息 + 血魄瘟疫 is also a Leech) but even that way I can't really see this trinket being profitable for tank. Scales with Versa and passives which increase your shield.

Bonus rolled this at mythic ilvl but cant seem to proc it as a warlock..tried death coil, drain life, cookies and potions on the dummies..not even 5% leech seems to be enough to proc it. Thought maybe it would have some interaction with soul leech or fel armor but they're classed as absorbs, not heals. Sims say its better than myth Alerria neck but at least that neck shows up in Details..Unless im missing something (or the proc rate is very low) it seems to just be a stat stick for warlocks

Tested on a target dummy doing only 征戰聖擊 auto attacks for 3min 30sec.

Managed to get one Leech proc right at the end (listed under heealing). However, since the dummy didn't fight back and break the bubble the net DPS increase was still zero.

The shield helps with survivability but unless you're tracking the proc and deliberately soaking 46K soup damage whenever it pops the damage increase is going to be negligible.

The +9 item levels still make it worthwhile for stats, and the shield is a minor survivability buff so worth grabbing 附魔肩膀 - 薩拉斯恢復 if you don't have a tertiary proc.
