With all these on-use items (two trinkets, cloak and potion), you could make a -4k threat panic-button-macro, if you happen to pull aggro, given that you already have used all your class abilities to reduce aggro. (and oh yeah, the threat isnt precisely 4k, its 3949). That amount could actually make a difference, if used right after pulling aggro.

this can actually be a good tanking cloak because of the stamina bonus, all you have to do is not use the effect

How long is the threat reduction? All 5 mins you have the threat lessened? or just a minute or so ?

this seems to be a good dps and tanking cloak as long as the tank doesnt use the effect it can be a good 300 hp and for dps just use the effect when you think you are taking aggro

My protection paladin is getting this cloak purely for the stamina. I haven't seen a better stam cloak anywhere pre-level 70.
