You gain the appearance of a Steward for 10 minutes.
Cooldown is 15 minutes. Appearance vanishes after taking damage.

What is it with Blizzard Toys and making sure you can't keep up a consistent uptick?

Update: Curiously enough this Toy makes you unable to jump while transformed, at least with the golden Steward with the musical instrument. Instead of jumping you play the instrument for a brief moment.

Seems to stay while switching to different druid forms

Like others have said, you cannot jump, but you will toot the instrument you are holding - and yes, it makes a little sound.

Combat cancels the form
Mounting up cancels the form
New transmog system's set switch (at least with Situations) seems to cancel the form as well for some reason.
