After some poking around, I've come up with two complete transmog sets to go with the three matching pieces 塞納里奧遠征長靴, 裂蹄手套, 探險者護腿.
Both sets have 天藍鑲鈿窄衣 and 狠毒鬥士殘虐腰環.

They depend on whether or not you're using 卡拉西外袍. If you are, go with the following:

蠍子兜帽, 漫遊者護肩, 衛戍胸甲.

If you're not, forget tabards entirely and finish the set with these:

失落孤寂兜帽, 山地護肩, 山地皮外衣.

I really like the mail matching chest, 部族鍊衫. Wish there was a matching leather piece like this.

However, in lieu of that, this is what I came up with, beyond the matching leather legs (探險者護腿), hands (裂蹄手套), bracers (探險家手環), and boots (塞納里奧遠征長靴).

The closest match in color for a chest piece that I liked was 霉運巫毒之皮, and I liked best the way the jerkin looks with this belt or one of its lookalikes: 爭奪者皮甲腰帶.

For a night elf monk, I liked the shoulder and helm duo of 暴虐鬥士鐵皮肩甲 and 暴虐鬥士鐵皮頭盔, but there are several viable options.

In particular, one headpiece that matches very closely in color is 羽飾頭飾 and its lookalikes. For shoulders, the closest things to color matching are 高地肩衛 or 生命之林肩墊, but many helms and shoulders can fit into this set, according to what off pieces you choose to go with it.

If you choose to match your off pieces to the gold or brown in the set pieces, there are more options to choose from, such as 遠征隊兜帽.
