I was looking for this info, so i hope it can help someone else;

From top parses it seems the HC proc:

Not very useful for UH dks cause of the stat distributions (unable to find a top 10 parse from a UH DK using the neck)
For Demo locks it seems to provide about 200-250 dps.
Affliction about 350-400 dps
Devourer DH about 250-300 dps

From my own Dev DH this is about the value of 8 int. But hey the stats are great for me!

A TRINKET I found out that could work with this (deals shadow damage), regardless of class is the 沉淪虛無之眼 from the 博學者殿堂 zone Dungeon. Gotta hope it comes from either running the M+ Dungeon, Great Vault or some other sourve tied to the DG.

Probably in the future, stuff like the cartel chips, who knows, but if anyone got their hands on either/both, could try the restoration service, if they don't do M+s that much.

Doesnt work with 沉淪虛無之眼 for feral. But it definitely works with Nexus rings. Same with retpally. Basically if you get this and want to use it - get rings from Nexus Point.
Another edit for curious people: does about 0.5-0.7% dmg with hero 6/6 neck. With rings set doing 0.8-1.2% (myth track) that totals it to almost 2% pretty good if you ask me.

Gets triggered by 'void damage' from abyss sabre.
It did about 0,5% of prot pala single target damage.
