For those of you that want to preserve what little sanity you have left:

Use Leatrix or MuteSoundFile (or similar addons) to mute sound:5386733

I had to make a whole addon just to find it :P Curse the dev that thinks constant looping sounds on any mount is a good idea.

Edit: sometimes it loads a different version, kind of hard to isolate, but it seems to be various ones from this set (the 33 one seems to be the main one):

5386733,5386735,5386737,5386739,5386741,5386743,5386745,5386747,5386749,5386751
