Note that with the 2.0+ ratings mechanics, this gives lower level characters a ridiculous amount of defense. (+63 on my level 19 char).

Which could make it a devious little item to use in Battlegrounds or to tank instances.

Delicous AND very useful, the special non-food food buffs from the fire festival are of use to any character and worth getting as many of as you can for their ability to stack with all other buffs.

This is now nerfed in the same manner as dodge rating. Low level characters will have their defense, parry and block rating calculated like they were lv34.
