Totally nerfed. They used to turn you into a flamethrower - flames would come shooting out of your mouth for about 10 seconds.

After patch 2.4, this just makes you drunk, and you get a yellowish haze following you around for about three seconds. Oh, and you make a belching sound.

Like with most alcoholic bevrages in-game you can gain a state of drunkeness, but what some people may not know is with this drink and others when u become drunk u begin to blow bubbles.

Also, for every drink you take it seems the mobs lose a lvl. Drank about 5 of these and I'm sure there was a loss of about 3-4 levels

Random fact: if you drink alot of these in a row, you will get drunken vomit (like with any other brew) and then your vomit is on fire :P

If you drink 75 in a row, there is no real difference after the first 5 - except possibly that you get stunned after almost every drink and there seems to be a good chance of vomiting after every 2-3 drinks.
