easiest way I found of completing this quest was to go to 54.26 30.87 and grab the hook. from there look to the mountain on your left and there's a new hook up on top. Once there you'll find several nests that have the pages, and also some birds that can drop more.

To those who don't have coordinates this mountain is by where the rare pig spawns. sorry don't know his name :(

The hooks you need to grab on to are a bit on the small side so clicking on them can be a bit tricky

This quest is terrible for an effort-to-time investment. The pages drop at like 10% and you have to navigate challenging terrain without a flying mount. Forget about the Grapple hooks, they get you no-where useful.

Look for a quest called "Peak Precision" and you will be given an Experimental Go-Pack to complete it. At the same time you can use the Go-Pack to reach the highest points where the wyverns are nesting. You pick up this quest from Benny Springlet at /way 42.12 48.81. He is on a platform near the waterwheel halfway up the cliff. Once you finish this quest Sally Boltwrench will sell you a Go-Pack whenever you need it.

should have given you a rocket pack instead. the little points to grapple isn't worth the time... just reach the ones you can, you still do it.

Just seems like a rushed job, on a rushed island. 2/10
