This off-hand plus the mace from Faerlina or C'thun would be an awsome combination, too bad there aren't many other off-hands / 1h healing items to use in the meantime. Most players who get either will still run around with Benediction until they get both.

Smorfty may not be a priest, Deja. However he is right, this offhand is absolutely sick for any priest/druid who wants it, I still reccomend all paladins/shamans hold out for Death's Bargain, or another Naxx shield.

Surprised no one's made the comment yet, but this specific item has a bit of lore surrounding it.

During the Third War, Noth saw that many innocent lives were needed to feed the growing might of the Scourge, he began second guessing his decision to join Kel’Thuzad. Kel'Thuzad swiftly resolved Noth's growing compassion by freezing his living heart in his chest with his frost magic.

Which makes it quite an epic item. Unfortunately it's no longer available.
