Focused Will procs (passive priest ability, procs when you get attacked)
Attacking with wand (crafted from enchanting, fire damage)

The spells that either do not proc the trinket, or I was really unlucky (30 or more casts)

Power Word: Shield
Healing spells (Penance healing, Flash Heal, Renew, Power Word: Radiance)
HoT effect ticks, or at least not Renew
Purify without dispellable debuff

What can stack the trinket?

Once again, spell casts as the tooltip suggests, including healing spells this time
DoT effect ticks seem to also stack it up

Power Word: Fortitude
Dispel Magic without a dispellable debuff
Purify without dispellable debuff
Entropic Rift
Focused Will procs

What doesn't seem to tingle the stack count?

HoT effect ticks, or at least my Renew did not do the magic
Attacking with a wand (crafted from enchanting, fire damage)

What crazy things can you do with this bad boy?

You could spam Dispel Magic on a nearby critter to proc it, then spam Power Word: Fortitude to get it up.
Your pet Voidwraith will try his best to proc it for you as well.
Get smacked in the face and be rewarded with a proc for it.
Prevent getting smacked in the face, reflect some damage and still get rewarded with a proc for it.
That huge rotating ball that follows enemies while you yell at them that it just wants to play and doesn't bite? Yeah it will also proc this thing.

Few more things that you may or may not find useful

There seems to be absolutely no internal cooldown of any kind on this bad boy.
Had 32.6% uptime in a Floodgate +9 run as a healer, did not run anything else so kinda limited on that data.
It stacks to 15, it would seem logical given the time limit, but there were times where I got to 15 stacks and still had 2 seconds left on it, it did not go further than that though.
Could not find a willing test subject (I'm still looking, if you are willing to die in the name of science) to see if ressurecting a player would proc it, so there is no data on that.

All things considered, this thing looks like a very powerful trinket that you can also do some fun stuff with.

Hope this info helps you in a way, and even though you may play a different class/spec, this could probably give you some solid clues as to what the trinket will work with.

Had to edit a little bit, some stuff was missing here and there.
