Yeah I don't like the idea of a candle dispenser. I'd say in overall stats this probably is slightly better then Blessed Qiraji Augur Staff. The INT and mp/5 balances out to each other really,

But I think the extra Healing makes it slightly better.

Definatly something I wouldn't jump unless I only had something like Bene.

Definately the 2nd best healing staff in the game prior to Burning Crusade. This is one of the coolest looking staves in the game.

As a dwarven priestess, whom has had the opprotunity to obtain one of these staves, I have to say it has served me well. It is one of the harder fights, and proof that no matter how many times I fell into the slime ---it was worth it.

I love the looks, as a side note, if you look at the posted pic's of it, it rotates on the bottom while the little candles on top are actually what appear to be tiny skulls, with little candles protuding from the top that float up and down in time with the staff.
I always think of the little floating skulls with candles on their heads are kobolb skulls, just for laughter.

With 8/8 Transcendence, no rings, trinkets, wands, necks, or cloak, I am standing at 4047 stamina, and 7126 mana.
With the rest of my gear on, unbuffed I'm at 4147 and 8072 mana.

No matter how you look at this, it's an impressive staff. Outdone only by Aetish staff wise.
