Solo easy to get during a normal run of the place, go to the spot in the video on the map, sprint in for some reason guard does his spell near the merchant but not toward you. open vendor and purchase the toy rapidly while he is casting, as soon as he finishes he will teleport u away, u get about 3 seconds to do this

found her on a follower dungeon-very easy. I couldnt do solo normal as a priest, mobs hit like a truck.

as a mage you can blink onto the npc and have enough time to buy it before you get teleported out

For TWW and beyond:

-- If you have no friends like me you can just queue a follower dungeon for City of Threads.
-- Kill the 1st boss, Orator Krix'vizk, then continue to the Southeast.
-- Run through all the patrolling mobs, staying out of the circles.
-- The vendor is straight East of the icon for Fangs of the Queen on the map.
