Looted this and kept it in my inventory and found that, rarely, I would get the buff 'Cursed Pickaxe: Giving in to the curse". This turns the player character into a void corrupted Earthen for 15 seconds or so and persists through combat. I haven't noticed any negative or positive effects of this other than the cosmetic change.

This does cancel any channel effects when it procs.
It cancelled my fishing cast!
So make sure to remove it from your bags (and not have it transmogrified) during any fishing completions you may be trying to complete such as the Hallowfall Fishing Derby

Be aware, that the proc will cancel your 攀岩裝備. I found out the hard way during a Climbing World Quest...

I just got this to proc while in a pet battle without it interrupting, so there's that at least. Sorry for everyone else having problems with their own trigger mishaps.

Interestingly while mounted on the Salatrancer mount 薩曼瑟追蹤者 which has a translucent green effect, the pickaxe animation is also translucent green except for the pick the dwarf wields. And then when the animation reverts back to your normal character model, you're entirely translucent green like the mount.

I hate this damn thing. I never noticed anything other than a cosmetic change, until I brought it into a dungeon. After it happened, I was surrounded by a nimbus of light, I could use none of my abilities and was invulnerable to damage. I could move frantically, but that's all.

I can assure you, my fellow players were quite amused, especially after they tried to start killing me and couldn't do it.

When I tried to exit the instance, I couldn't. I couldn't even get out of WoW. I had to use Task Manager to kill the client.

I understand this was a glitch, but as I was frantically trying to smash buttons as my fellow players attacked me, it seemed like a real !@#$ing curse to me.

I trashed the thing as soon as I got out (DELETE, DELETE, DELETE!).

受詛咒的鎬 can curse you while you are in 鬼魂之狼 form and gives your wolf and nice midnight coloring.. and a pickaxe glued to your paw. :)

This thing procced so much on my bDK in s2 that I had to store it. It was super annoying. HOWEVER it doesn't proc whatsoever on my Guardian Druid. I've had it in my inventory for HOURS.
